This is a small sample of some of our buildings around Winnipeg

Inkster Industrial Park
Inkster Park has long been one of the premier industrial areas in the city of Winnipeg. Development has been restricted through firm zoning regulations so that the neighborhood presents an attractive appearance with well designed buildings and generous open space.

Murray Industrial Park
This is an upper scale industrial area located in the St. James/Assiniboia community in West Winnipeg. Development in the park has generally been of excellent quality making it a desirable place to work and do business.

St. James Industrial Area
This area remains popular due to the proximity of the airport and good traffic access to the exterior highway system as well as the arterial road system within the city.

St. Boniface Industrial Park
Opened in 1977, St. Boniface Industrial Park features 270 acres of industrial park land, 22 acres of lakes, and 70 acres of open green space. With close access to major routes, efficient and modern buildings, wide loading areas and large warehouse spaces, this park is a first-rate industrial location for any business.

Whyte Ridge Industrial Area
This area is renowned as being a thriving, high quality, industrial area with excellent traffic access to the exterior, and interior, highway system. The extension of Bishop Grandin to connect with Route 90 is sure to only increase the attractiveness of this area.
